Legacy is both a residential tower and one of Downtown Miami’s few luxury hotels. Within a master plan called Miami Worldcenter that includes a convention center, entertainment, restaurants and high-end retail, all helping to drive reservation demand year round.
The Legacy Hotel & Residences brand was designed to exists harmoniously between the pursuit of attainable opulence and a desire for the ultra-luxe lifestyle and its amenities. We sought out to achieve a style both unique and elegant, somewhere James Bond would stay during his visit to Miami. The aspirational environment of a 5-star setting. Sophistication fused with touches of fashion, executive panache and international mystery became the hallmark for this project.

To achieve the distinctive style of Legacy, we drew on a range of design elements, from sleek, modern lines to glamorous, Art Deco-inspired touches.
We paid close attention to color and texture, using a palette of rich, warm tones, black and white imagery and sumptuous materials to create an inviting and indulgent atmosphere.
LEGACY SIGNAGE
Crafting Legacy's outdoor signage was all about creating a distinct visual marker that separates itself immediately from the typical Miami design styles, we set out to mirror the project's luxurious presentation and mystery. From the Sales Gallery's unique art-deco inspired exterior window pattern to the modern and bespoke look of the interior decor and the outdoor site wrap, all strategic canvas' in the center of a popular street in Downtown Miami, showcasing Legacy's identity boldly to the local commuter—an innovative statement that leaves just enough to the imagination to seek out the project's unique charm.
